My profession’s connection with beauty and aesthetics has also led me to explore what it takes to have healthy skin. This exciting journey began when I traveled to Paris, the capital of beauty, to seek answers to the question: “What does healthy and beautiful skin look like?”
The training I received on the needs and solutions for healthy skin taught me that evaluating skin alone is not enough; it also requires a holistic approach to maintaining a healthy body.
In Turkey, I completed my functional medicine coaching education, which emphasized the importance of bodily awareness in skin health. I focused particularly on the effects of chronic diseases, metabolic syndromes, and lifestyle on our skin. I educated my clients about these factors and monitored their progress.
I also highlighted the importance of evaluating skin problems that arise during the various phases of a woman’s life, such as pre-menopause, menopause, and post-menopause, based on the hormonal changes specific to each period.
I firmly believe that skin health can only be achieved when all these processes and bodily parameters are in harmony. I conveyed this belief to my clients and guided them on this path.
Since 2014, I have been working in this unique field, and I now serve clients in my own clinic. I share my knowledge and experience, applying various skin care, skin renewal, and lifestyle protocols, as well as anti-aging treatments and laser therapies that I have developed. My primary goal is to ensure my clients enjoy healthy skin for a lifetime.
“A healthy body means healthy skin.”
